Sorry to say but this place was a tad bit disappointing... I ordered a regular Stromboli, asked what was in it and when I went to pick it up and brought it home it had different things in it. I called to have a new one made and they refused to produce a new one without me having to PAY AGAIN? This was my first and last time coming to this disappointing little pizza shop. They will not be receiving my business again. Such a shame because customer service will always be 50% of the experience but they may not understand until it's too late.

Benny's fits the bill just fine. Nothing extravagant here, but they boast a full menu with all of your local pizza shop staples. Today I went for the sandwich special, which means a small cheesesteak w/ fried onions, mushrooms, a side of fries and a fountain drink that only got me for $6 and a few coins! Benny's provides some of the most inexpensive options that you will find in the West Chester area. The cheesesteak was adequate and the size small was of perfect portion for lunch. If I venture back, I most likely will hold off on the straight from the can mushrooms. Other than that, a fine sandwich. The fries were what I would classify as "phony fries." They could definitely use an upgraded frie but get a break because of the prices they charge. From a service standpoint, I found everyone I interacted with to be very pleasant. Moral of the story here is that Benny passes the grade mostly because of their menu prices and their friendliness.

And the award for worst pizza in town goes to: BENNY'S Okay so I can't speak for their hoagies, cheesesteaks, or fries, but man.... that pizza is rank, ratchet, and all of the other slang for BAD NEWS. Ordered a slice of plain pizza. Recieved cheesy cardboard with gross sauce. I actually was convinced there was literally no sauce on it until I peeled away cheese and saw a couple of tomato specks. My cheap meal was accompanied by the beautiful symphony of flies buzzing past my ears and landing on my food. Babies were crying... it was the perfect storm for just the worst experience. The people that work there are nice, though. And the food is cheap... so there's that! CONCLUSION: NOPE quality: dont even. price: very cheap! I'll give them that.

Do you like hoagies? Do you like steaks? Benny's is the place to go! Their eggplant parm hoagie is ridiculously good and about 4 bucks cheaper than you're going to pay elsewhere. I always take my out-of-town visitors to Benny's for a legit Philly cheesesteak. They usually prefer Benny's steak to the big name places in the city. Now that is legit. Benny's also has a super nice staff and a sweet mural of Venice on the wall.

I was in Lancaster for the weekend and had the mis-fortune of ordering from Benny's. Never in my life have I had a worse pizza. There was virtually no sauce to be seen, found or tasted. The mushrooms were straight out a of a can. A total dissapointment. Normally I look forward to having left over pizza for breakfast. Not this time,no. When we picked up the pie Benny said- you are about to have the best pizza of your life. Wrong, Benny. It was the worst.

Pizza is terrible. Just terrible. I lived across the street for 2.5 years and only made this mistake once. The Stromboli - also terrible. Huge cubes of meat (ham I think) in a plain? Wasn't prepared for that one at all! Cheesesteaks are pretty good, and of course you have to get cheddar topped tator tots! Delicious!

I stopped in here while roaming around West Chester, PA, one of my favorite strolling towns. I was looking for some flat greasy pizza, and found it well served here. They have $5 lunch specials, including two cheese slices, fries, and a too-small drink. The pizza crust had a nice crunch, and the cheese had just the right viscosity. I saw another customer's chef salad, and it looked pretty good as well. I'm restricting my review to 3 starts, because of how little of the menu I tried. If this review hasn't enticed you, how about the sex shop next door, "Feminine Boutique," not yet visited by this reviewer. Good website, though.

For a tasty bite and friendly service, I'd recommend this place to anyone. Granted it's not a super-classy joint, but I believe that therein lies the appeal. It stands out by being a family-owned restaurant. Sure, money is important to them, but they also have respect for their regulars and customers who they hope to see come back. My favorite item on their menu would have to be the cheesesteaks and fries. They do have amazing pizza as well.

If you read my previous post about Fennarios. Then you would be able to see Benny's Pizza, which is right across the street. One would think that 2 places that are not competing for customers would help each other out. But sadly this is not the case. Fennarios tells about them and welcomes Benny's customers with joy and friendliness. Benny's on the other hand see's Fennario's customers as nuisance. I do understand some of it. Benny's have a great point not to want kids hanging out in front of their establishment. It draws unwanted attention. But these same kids came in with their friends who were eating and sat down. To be then told by manager ( I'm guessing at that he was the manager or owner) to leave if not ordering any thing. Now you have a pizza shop, which is what kids like, not a 5 star place. And there its not like people are not pounding on the doors to get in. Before the came in I was was the only person there. I for one wouldn't care if the kids were there. If they ordered something great. If not there friends did. So you made some thing off the deal. Plus just because these kids don't buy food this time. Doesn't mean that they won't go home and tell their parents about the place and then come back to spend more. I guess they just don't like money. But I always remember one thing " kids are people to." And this bad temper towards customers wasn't just to kids. My business partner went in to grab a slice, and the owner yelled at him because we bought all the teenagers to to the area. We did for a battle of the bands that was going on at Fennario's. And my business partner said "yeah and all those kids came and bought food here. I guess you don't like money." Then turned and walked out the door. Now they say that they are " The first in town and the Best in town". The first might be true, but I sure hope the second isn't or West Chester is in dire need for good pizza. I ordered 2 slices of sausage pizza, and it was very bland. I mean even the sausages themselves have no taste what so ever. I was hungry so I ate it with a lot of garlic. I'm not sure if I'll be in the area again, but one thing that is for sure is that I will never be going here again. And to make matters worse they have those seats from the 70's that don't move. So if you are a true fat kid good luck getting in and even more luck getting out. With all this being said I can't never in good faith recommend this place to any one. So Benny' Pizza has been Fat Kid Tested, but unfortunately NOT Fat Kid Approved. Stay peckish my Friends

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
